  38. Try loading your brush into Tpaint (as an RGB), then select the black
  39. that is located on the far left of the palette.<--- this is inportant 
  40. Use the fill tool to "fill" the original black with the new black. 
  41. Now select "no background", and pick up your new brush.

  43. Not sure how to do it in AlphaPaint.

  45. I think ADPro or ImageFX may not be putting the black in the correct 
  46. location in the palette.
